Gui won't open and other player's paintings won't load on my client side

On my laptop it works fine but on my sister's PC on the same server with the same mods, she can't see other people's paintings and she can't open the gui. I have absolutely no clue why. Any ideas?

Log please, server and client side. Are the paintings blank or not even there?

The things are blank and no gui opens up on right clicking. How do I get the client side logs off my sister's computer?

Nevermind it's an issue with the mod. Version 6.3 does in fact work on multiplayer servers but 6.5 doesn't for some reason

Wait, so 6.5 crashes, but 6.3 works, which is confirmed to be broken on dedicated servers?
