Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When MCA player models are enabled it causes rendering issues with CPM. https://github.com/tom5454/CustomPlayerModels/issues/555

Describe the solution you'd like Add "cpm": "all" to playerRendererBlacklist config by default.
