Integrate Tauri-Based Desktop Application

Addresses #63

Very first implementation of a desktop application. Slowly integrating the API functionality from the web based front-end.

Tasks:

• [x] Set up react as the front-end framework
• [x] Fetch messages based on the selected channel
• [x] Show name of user that sent the message
• [x] Sign-up / Log-in form
• [x] Tauri/Web showing the same UI
