It looks like Jgraph are currently in the process of rebranding the Draw.io product as Diagrams.net. Hopefully this doesn't indicate that they're planning to change their monetisation strategy in a way that breaks our use case.

I think we ought to:

[x] Check that it's just a name change
[x] Update our docs with the new name and note the name change to reduce confusion
[x] Look for Diagrams.net variants of the Draw.io binaries?

The justification for the rebrand is around a lack of faith in the .io TLD operators. The history of the Chagossians is an interesting aside.

I think we'll keep everything as it is for now, but we should keep an eye out for changes to the Draw.io desktop binary names.

I've acknowledged the name change in the first line of the README, but since the desktop app is still called Draw.io Desktop I'm not going to replace the other references for now.
