Submit Button Position #9

When transitioning from the "Solution Length" text field straight to the "Submit" button (i.e. without inputting any known characters), the focusout JS for the help text prevents the "Submit" button from being pressed, as it moves from under the cursor. Consequently the "Submit" button has to be pressed again.

Switched to using CSS. Fixed in commit: 6723eeff0df889e0eca3746d47230ad90e8d35e1
