Integrate this role into a Zuul pipeline.

As wonderful as Zuul is, it requires self-hosting which is not something I will pursue. Other options such as GitLab or Jenkins will be explored. This will continue to be tracked here: https://github.com/ekultails/ansible_role_fedora_kernel_lts/issues/15
