At that time, Fedora Copr should be updated to build for Fedora 28 and 29 (instead of 27 and 28).
4.14.X builds are now broken due to upstream changes in the handling of Python packages in both Fedora 28 and 29. Support for 4.14 may be dropped in favor of moving forward with 4.19 support.
The last Fedora kernel for the 4.19 series was 4.19.15. We will fork off from there.

Once the 4.20 release is out (which should be in 1-2 months from now) I will update from the 4.14 LTS release to the 4.19 LTS release.
