[computer_hardware][accessories] USB to PS/2 plugs can be active or passive #1022

The most common plug for USB to PS/2 are passive adapters. These map the USB hardware to PS/2 but it does not translate the USB protocols. That means that older computers will not work with passive adapters. Instead, there are active converters that can be used to translate USB to native PS/2 protocols.
