Migrate The Jedi Knight Archive #114

These are my notes from when I first started my career in web hosting support. All generic and non-proprietary information should be migrated to Root Pages.

After reviewing those notes, the only relevant topics that have not been migrated over are about Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP (LAMP) as well as Linux, Nginx, MariaDB, and PHP-FPM (LNMP) stacks. Once I get those notes into at least GitHub issues to add later I will close this out.
