$ ${EDITOR} vim ~/.local/share/Steam/config/config.vdf

Windows location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\config\config.vdf

Steam > Settings > Downloads

Only auto-update games between:
- "AutoUpdateWindowStart" "\<INTEGER>" = Use 24 hours for time.
- "AutoUpdateWindowEnd" "\<INTEGER>" = Use 24 hours for time.
Allow downloads during gameplay = "AllowDownloadsDuringGameplay" ""
Throttle downloads while streaming = "StreamingThrottleEnabled" ""
Display download rates in bits per second = "displayratesasbits" "

- This is actually in a different configuration file: ~/.local/share/Steam/userdata/68249459/config/localconfig.vdf
Limit bandwidth to: = "DownloadThrottleKbps" "\<INTEGER>"
- This is Kbps NOT KBps. In Steam, it will convert this to KBps.
