[admin][init] systemd preset is not supported on certain operating systems #999

systemd presets are not supported in Arch Linux. Services that are preset to be enabled or disabled are not honored.

Fedora also does not support this. They said that they planned to have a change in Fedora 37 related to this. I am running the latest Fedora 38 and systemd presets still do not work as intended.
