[repo] Enable IPv6 support #761

Enable IPv6 support for the winesapOS repository (winesapos.lukeshort.cloud/repo/). It is currently only IPv4.

The server our repository is hosted on does not have an IPv6 address allocated to it. A lot of work will be required to get our Kubernetes infrastructure working with IPv6, too. Most IPv6-only ISPs provide various ways of providing NAT services for IPv4 to still work. We can revisit this if there is ever demand and need for IPv6.
