[install] steamtinkerlaunch fails to install due to GPG key #766

The steamtinkerlaunch now comes from the Chaotic AUR repository. However, there is an issue with the GPG key used.

error: steamtinkerlaunch: signature from "TNE <tne@garudalinux.org>" is invalid

This appears to be an issue with how Chaotic AUR is syncing between their own internal mirrors: https://github.com/chaotic-aur/packages/issues/2699

This has been fixed upstream. They had to manually rebuild the package. If any other packages have this problem, we need to report it upstream.
