[setup] Enable nvidia_drm.fbdev=1 for NVIDIA proprietary drivers #819

The new nvidia_drm.fbdev=1 option was added in NVIDIA 545 and became stable in 550. It provides even more stable Wayland support. This needs to be set in addition to nvidia_drm.modeset=1.
