[readme] Add dual-boot #831

instructions for macOS. It is not possible to replace macOS entirely so the next best thing is to dual-boot winesapOS.

Resolves #544

I can confirm that this works on my MacBook Air Early 2015 model!

This PR also addresses a lot of duplicate documentation. There are now links to a central location for things such as the Mac and Windows Boot guides.
