[install][upgrade] Configure switch to desktop mode from Steam Deck client #839

On the minimal and performance image, this should go straight to KDE Plasma (Wayland) desktop environment. On the secure image, it should go to the SDDM display manager.

The switch to desktop from Steam actually goes back to the display server (SDDM) login page. This used to not work with LightDM. It would go to a black screen. We can go ahead and close this since the desktop can be accessed after leaving Steam.
