Catch Telegram Bot 20MB download size limit. #103

When uploading a video larger than 20MB TeleFrame throwth the following error: UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Error: 400: Bad Request: file is too big If would be great if TeleFrame could notify the uploader accordingly.
