Switch AUR git packages to stable releases #425

There are available stable releases of these packages in the AUR. -git packages are a bit more annoying to update and less stable.

I don't see these in the Artix repos at least, so I will wait for that to change these.

I didn't switch them from AUR to repository. I just switched -git AUR packages to non -git AUR packages.

Oh okay. I mean I really prefer using the git packages for the most part for software actively in development. I'll play around with the non-git versions, but in my experience, there tend to be no more stable.

htop-vim-git is broken currently, maybe at least switch this package to non-git version (htop-vim)?
