Some Fixes #16

Good day, fixed the config.toml so that the template renders like before #10 and matches your tutorial video

also fixed up the listing of authors in list.html so that they show up like

by author1, author2 and author3

instead of

by author1 by author2 by author3

@Dreded thank you for these updates! I now am able to see the RSS feed button, next and prev articles and tag list like the tutorial shows.

no problem, thats what OpenSource is all about. Need to give back sometimes. Easy oversight on @LukeSmithxyz part.
