Took a stab at it, I hope @LukeStonehm doesn't mind. Much of the effort went into making it work offline, so language list is currently limited. Only includes Russian (from #70 ) and English at the moment, although it wouldn't take much to add more. https://fallacies.dside.ru, source code over at https://github.com/D-side/fallacies

So this issue can be closed, I guess. If anything because it would be out of scope for the project. But that's not up to me 🙂
