After PDF is able to give response, ensure an API call to Chat GPT is able to give a response.

Acceptance criteria: After PDF upload, chat gpt gives some sort of response to PDF uploaded.

TODO: Allows chats with GPT after form submission (Submit Bloodwork view.)
