Society (job) owned vehicles don't go to impound #135

This is something that bothers me for some time. Society vehicles don't end up in impound and when they're parked out they're written in a different way too.

Personal vehicle that is in impound (stored in NULL) image

LSPD vehicle that is not in impound for whatever reason (stored in none) image
