Issue #4 added support for some CSV output files generated by OE2010. Files that had been uploaded to splitsbrowser.org.uk were referred to as 'nameless' in that they lacked competitor and club names. However, it turns out that files of this format can have competitor and club names.
SplitsBrowser should therefore be modified to read the competitor and club names out of these files when available.
