Missing translations

As SplitsBrowser is developed, new features may be added to it which may require new bits of text to be translated into languages. However, I am unable to translate such messages myself as I only speak English, and I can imagine those who do speak other languages could be insulted if I simply pasted in whatever Google Translate (or any other translation service) came up with.

The following translations are presently missing:

• Issue #6 can identify competitors as non-starters, non-finishers or disqualified competitors. This adds four new messages, which in English are as follows:
  • dns, dnf and dsq. These appear in the results table beside a competitor marked as a non-starter, a non-finisher or disqualified,
  • No competitors started appears in the competitor list on the left in the (perhaps unlikely) case that all competitors in a class are non-starters. Non-starters are omitted from the list of competitors that you can plot on the graphs as they have no data to plot, and if there are no competitors left in the list it helps to have a message that explains why.
• Issue #9 adds the ability to multi-select competitors by dragging over them, and multi-deselect by Shift-dragging. It also adds a filter text box, where you can filter competitors down to only those containing certain text. These changes may help when there are a lot of competitors in a class. This change adds one further message: the English text Filter is shown in the filter textbox as placeholder text when no filter text has been entered and you are viewing all competitors.
• Issue #22 adds a language selector, to allow the user to change the current language to any language for which a messages file has been loaded. The language selector has a label, which in English is Language.
• Issue #23 allows competitors in SI-format CSV files to be classified as did-not-start, did-not-finish, disqualified and over-maximum-time. Over-maximum-time was not previously supported by SplitsBrowser, so the text over max time was added. This appears beside a competitor marked as such on the results table.
• Issue #24 restricts the competitors that the All, None and Crossing Runners buttons apply to. Suppose you are viewing a race graph, you have a single competitor selected and there is a filter active. If you click 'Crossing Runners' but none of the competitors matching the filter cross the selected runner, a message NAME has no crossing runners among the filtered competitors. appears.
• Issue #49 adds support for 'warnings', i.e. issues with the data that are too minor to prevent the rest of the data being shown. Hovering over a warning triangle shows the message It was not possible to read all of the data for this event. One or more competitors or classes may have been omitted. Click for more details. (The warning messages themselves haven't been internationalized yet: I'm not sure whether it is worth imposing the burden of translating these on anyone who is generous enough to create one of the translations.)

Presently:

• de is missing a translation for NAME has no crossing runners among the filtered competitors. and It was not possible to read all of the data for this event....
• nl_be and nl_nl are missing all of the above translations,
• pt_br is missing a translation for Language, over max time, NAME has no crossing runners among the filtered competitors. and It was not possible to read all of the data for this event...
• nb_no is missing It was not possible to read all of the data for this event....

About the new Link function : on our WEB hosting there are already some parameters; a typical copy of the link introduces a second "?" which must be removed to get the link correct.

I'm sorry, I don't understand your comment about the French translation. I remember one of the three translations you gave me wasn't in UTF-8, but it was easy enough to convert it to UTF-8 so I didn't consider this a problem. Is the updated translation available anywhere? Given that this issue relates to missing translations, does the updated translation include the two new translations I mentioned above?

that means that all the translation that he sent to you is fist checked on our HELGA hosting.

for me (French) and him (for POR) only the information on new strings to be translated or new versions with new features or bug's correction are important

I'll try to upload it to GitHub soon. I have another couple of changes that I'd like to finish testing and be sure that they work before I publish them too. There will be another few messages to translate in those as well.
