10 years ago I'm sorry to hear you haven't had much luck with SplitsBrowser.
Firstly, it's not clear to me exactly how you are running SplitsBrowser. Are you using the version hosted on http://www.splitsbrowser.org.uk/? Are you using a version hosted in RouteGadget somewhere? Are you trying to set up SplitsBrowser on your own website? Something else?
If you are planning on using SplitsBrowser on your own website, you can test out SplitsBrowser on the file load test page beforehand. That way you can find out whether there's a problem with any splits file before you go to the effort of setting up SplitsBrowser only to find out it doesn't work.
What are the error or errors that you mention? There are plenty of errors that could be generated by a web browser or by SplitsBrowser. Simply knowing that there is an error isn't enough to help me. Would it be possible to send me the splits file you are using? (If so, please email it directly to luke.woodward@talk21.com. Please don't just hit 'reply' in your email and attach the file without changing the 'To' address. If you send it straight back to GitHub, I will get the text of the message but GitHub will remove the attachments.) If you could send me a screenshot of the error as well, that would be appreciated.
I develop SplitsBrowser in my own spare time. I don't claim that it's perfect. In particular, I don't claim that it will read every single event results file. If SplitsBrowser doesn't work for someone, I'm willing to co-operate with them in order to fix any problems they may encounter. I'd like to improve it so that it can read the file you mention. However, I can't do that without your help.

I thought I would set up our Gramp event today on SB. Complete f..king waste of time. It seemed to load up the splits file okay (XML crreated by OE2010) but just errors when you try to view the splits/event. I've lost the will to live. forget it I'll use Splitalyzer.
