Event 11336 on splitsbrowser.org.uk currently fails to load, because some of the start times in the file contain negative hour and/or minute components.
The file in question is 60-column OE, but the negative time components cause this file to fail to be recognised as 60-column OE, leaving the file to end up unrecognised.
It shouldn't be difficult to permit negative components in times.
