While looking at the relay file provided in #66, which uses fractional seconds for split times, I noticed that competitors whose total times (i.e. those in the 'Time' column) happened to be a whole second were not shown with the .0 on the end.
The same does not apply to the cumulative and split times in the other columns. Only the 'Time' column is affected.
