PR #66 was asking for support for relay teams to be added to SplitsBrowser.
The IOF XML formats support relay teams but SplitsBrowser doesn't provide any support for reading them in. Presently it just ignores the relay teams, meaning it looks like the file has no data in it. It would therefore be useful to be able to support relay teams in the IOF formats.
