When I downgrade my iPhone 3GS to iPhoneOS 3.1.3, Cydia attempts to remove the tweak called Patcyh, but it consistently fails. As a result, I’m unable to install any other tweak because failing to remove Patcyh prevents other tweak from being installed.

It worked after many tries I don't know why
