The installation is successful based on the log. But this seems to be the issue discussed in #509. Unfortunately I have no plans on fixing this, see the discussion for more info

Thank you for your reply. I've read the issue yet, and I find if I open cydia on ios6 before step 3, all apps except news will disappear. I think my issue has a little diff to this one. His iPad2,3 cannot be activated/identified by iTunes, while mine is just into the recovery mode. I also read his step3 output.txt and find it doesn't print ls error, while I got 3 ls error.Maybe sth wrong in OS install. It seems maybe the Fourthree has some issues to cellular iPad2.
iPad2,2 64 GB made on 2011.04.10 macbook air 2017 (macOS 10.14.6 Mojave) Everything fine while Step 1 and 2. The iPad 2 is successfully downgraded to iOS6.1.3 and partitioned to 3GB. However, after I open the Fourthree app, the app crushed and Apple logo brightened for a short time but disappeared quickly. Then it seemed like into the recovery mode, note to connect to iTunes(without battery icon on the top right, and mac iTunes find it in recovery mode too). Kit also finds it in the recovery mode, but I can use Other->attempt to exit recovery mode to come back iOS6.1.3. I've tried several times and got the same. Last year I tried 4-tify, it also went to recovery mode after I open the 4-tify app.
I think the problem is: ls: cannot access /dev/disk0s3: No such file or directory ls: cannot access /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kernelcaches/kernelcachb: No such file or directory ls: cannot access /LLB: No such file or directory
Sorry for my poor English, hope you can understand my meaning. Fourthree output.txt
