Considered payments date on reminders #15

Add a date to indicate the considered payment dates on all reminders. Otherwise the members will be uncertain about their payment.

Just add a sentence like «Payments considered to 31.12.2012.»

moved the last sentence little bit upwards because it was printed on some printers into the creditslip.
