The Member-Due Date must be able to be a year ahead of the "real" member date. Current financial regulation form the PPS defines:

Art. 16 Abs. 6 FIO «Wird der Mitgliederbeitrag nicht bis zum 15. Februar beglichen, so erlischt das Stimmrecht bis zur vollständigen Begleichung.»

The date must be the yyyy-02-15 in the next year.

Add a Checkbox on the settings form below the "Member due date format" which adds one year if checked.
