[Feature Request] Add config to disable/enable Bane of Swine's incompatiblity with other sword/axe enchantments #20

If you have a mod like Merge Enchantments installed, it might make sense to have a config so Bane of Swine can also be merged with other sword/axe enchantments for just-in-case consistency.
