The device itself doesn't have any know issue. We have it in our production and dev setup and no problems seen so far.
I can just suggest to check the wifi signal of the device (maybe is placed somewhere there is not a great signal).
Eventually you could also try to factory reset it... but is more likely a network problem in my experience.
I get alot of this errors.
error - [17:25:10.712] [ShellyWsClient]: Pong not received from device shelly1pmminig3-543204507274 host 192.168.194.50, closing connection.
But just from this device, none error from the other 40 devices.
