Twitter fix #307

Resolves https://github.com/Lullabot/amp-library/issues/264

Replaces https://github.com/Lullabot/amp-library/pull/271.

Wanted to rebase against main and make a small additional fix to trim away any query string on the end of a tweet id. The forked branch wasn't open for edit :/.
