chore(release): Remove UTM tracking and trigger a new tag #64

I forgot to use a semantic commit in https://github.com/Lullabot/gatsby-theme-adr/pull/63 which meant the release workflow didn't work. I didn't realize that existed, so I created a release through GitHub's UI, but that won't get published to npm.
