53 Cover QA Fixes #54

Resolves #53 (and #52)

This PR addresses design feedback in the above issue. It is principally styling updates, with some abstracting of markup into new includes where necessary.

Looks to me like it resolves both of these tickets. I mainly checked the covers and resized to make sure that things were vertically centered, spacings were multiples of 8 and conform to the annotated designs jponch provided.
