hierarchy change #75

Resolves #72

This changes up how we do chapters and pages.

Outstanding tasks

Testing

  1. Test that the table of contents are showing only those pages that have the chapter tags:
  2. Test that when you click into any of the other pages for these books, that the TOC in the left-hand menu also only lists the pages tagged with chapter.
  3. Ensure all pages now say "Page n" instead of "Chapter n".
  4. Ensure that pagers still work by going to even the pages that are not listed in the TOC or have the chapter tag.

I think this is a good step closer.

Could we lessen the emphasis on the page number? Right now, it's almost more prominent because it's the same size as the heading and a louder color. Could we make it a smaller font zie and maybe a grey? Just something that puts more emphasis on the heading.

ok, latest commits add the chapter tag to each page which ensures they will show up in the toc
