Use video display cards on dashboard for logged in user #32

QA I can see the new video "cards" being used for the list of new videos on the home page when I'm logged in.

Motivation

The new design for the dashboard will do this already. But before we do that we can just update the view to use the new display cards pretty easily. This is probably a pretty easy win, and helps with consistency throughout the site.
