Leaving out wiredep stuff, that can be added once we figure out wiredep.

Forgot to add libararies.yaml which is necessary to get this info.yaml to work properly *doh

Looks like I did this earlier today without realizing there was an open PR for it. I'll update the 8.x branch accordingly.

I don't know what that libraries line is for so I left it out. Open a ticket if it should actually be there @wesruv. The rest of this is in the branch.
