Selection does not work with instances #34

The current way of setting up selections is not compatible with instancing, so we need to redesign tracking selections to give more control to the adapters.

Planned after #28

Note, this works with the new selection overlay mode, "UseVp2", which is the default now. So this problem only affects HdStRenderDelegate and when the overlay mode is set to "UseHdSt".
