Disable WiFi / NFC upon Sleep #1773

One of the best features of Nunez’s unofficial fork is the ability to cut power to WiFi/NFC will the system is in sleep mode. It eliminates a substantial amount of battery drain. Can we please have this incorporated into standard Luma3DS?
