[FR] per-button Turbo/Autofire toggles

Allow to set Turbo/Autofire induvidually for each button via the Rosalina menu.

Useful for games that requires lot of button mashing like Senran Kagura.

Why reinvent the wheel? This feature is probably better suited for rehid ( it's possible it has it already).

It does now, still a beta feature but it works pretty well

Afik the Rehid implementation cannot be turned off while ingame, and must be statically bind to keys, so in some cases it is not very useful.

With the rosalina menu you could easily toggle the turbo status and parametet0rs without resetting the game,

Wdym ? It's literally bound to a key combo of your choice, and you can toggle it on or off anytime
