buyer hub keep closing connection and refund LMR #156

I tried to test net on 26/4, I saw my buyer hub connection keep closing and refund LMR before time end. And I can't get any BTC from the pool because of that.

I'd like to help troubleshoot this issue. Would you mind answering a couple of questions for me?
Approximately how long is your contract running? Are you closing your laptop, or putting your computer into sleep mode, or turning it off at any point?
Does your laptop automatically turn off, or go to sleep? Do you mind sharing the hashrate measurements and graphs from your pool?

This information will give me a better idea of how to proceed. Thanks again for your feedback.

Hello,

Sometimes the contract close after 10 minutes,sometimes 15 minutes and I do not turn off the computer.

For your last question, I don’t get what you mean? Could you instruct me how to do it ?

So for me it always refunds 0.93...something LMR. It runs for around 15min. Im running my wallet on my home server - Ubuntu. It never goes to sleep. Port checker is green. I receive some hash-power in the pool also.

Earlier I also received error message in LMR wallet which looked like this -

Do you know which mining pool you're using, and can you log into your mining pool account?

No sir. I had it at 7am and I didnt get it after since.

@kachers okay, that's good. We had to tweak some infrastructure. you shouldn't get that issue moving forward.

Since then, have you run into the issue with your contract closing prematurely?

Bear in mind, that this may happen from time to time, because your wallet has validation build in, and if the miner that you contracted stops delivering, then your validator will cancel the contract to save LMR.

The issue is still persistent and every contract gets canceled prematurely. It always refunds 0.93 LMR with different numbers after 93. I will try nicehash pool tomorrow. My account got frozen for 24h after i added 2 factor authentication.

@kachers the proxy should work fine with f2pool. I'm looking into it on our end.

I am facing the same issue, with it refunding 0.936

12 contracts closed at the same time. i think this isn't a bug ... closed by the lumerin team
