Add sort section about usage of lumi-vnc.

Should this be a new page in Software guides (with an improved description) with a link to https://lumi-supercomputer.github.io/LUMI-EasyBuild-docs/l/lumi-vnc/ , or a "page/link" that just links to https://lumi-supercomputer.github.io/LUMI-EasyBuild-docs/l/lumi-vnc/ (like some other pages in Software guides)?

I started writing a description, but am thinking which approach to take. The current page in Software library does not describe what VNC is and what it can be used for. Should we write a page in LUMI docs that describes the application better, or improve the description of the page in Software library?
