Core specialization change after downtime #126

Prepare documentation for the LUMI-G Slurm configuration changes: enabling core specialization (8 cores disabled, 56 cores available)

I think we should roll out what is ready as soon as possible to reduce confusion when we sent out the email to users about the system change.

There is still an older error in the job scripts: At some point I think the node count was changed from 16 to 2, but the comment in the --ntasks-per-node line was never modified and still mentions 128 ranks in both the MPI and hybrid examples.

Otherwise this seems OK to me.
