Links were not broken, just not a clean as they could be.

EasyBuild docs are not hosted on ReadTheDocs anymore (they're hosted by GitHub Pages now)
https://tutorial.easybuild.io is better, since https://easybuilders.github.io/easybuild-tutorial somehow redirects to HTTP instead of HTTPS
