Add notes column

I made some changes in the box with the footnotes.

I removed the superscripts. In my opinion, the superscript characters are too small and are an accessibility issue. I prefer to use text links: bigger, easier to click.

I also added a description of the small partitions.

I realized that "ø" is not a good character in many applications. Not sure why I used it.
