Garage (Gameplay): Current car DVO & colors applies to other vehicles on vehicle change #182

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go through a vehicle change with a vehicle that has a Dynamic Overlay/Colors.
  2. It'll now apply these on the vehicle that just changed.
