statistics: Double loading pop-up after specific steps #212

Describe the bug Performing certain steps result in double loading popup.

To Reproduce

  1. Open User Panel
  2. In Home tab press on the "Closest Achievement" UI (You'll be moved to 'achievements' tab)
  3. Press "Global" tab
  4. Select any arena to load statistics
  5. Press "Achievement" tab & "Global" tab alternately

Additional context After the statistics load, the pop-up stops appearing anyways, minor issue.
